Keywords

by mjohnson @ 2008-01-23 - 00:05:35

I've been using Google Analytics to track the number of hits this site gets recently and discovered some of the great keywords that this site is the beneficiary of. The most popular Keyword for navigation to this site is Monster Facial. If this term is typed into Google MGFGTG is second on the list and this is what you are treated too.

Honey Monster Facial

the whole post

Yes a rather smutty picture of Honey Monster. Still they should be preped. The caption under the link reads:

Mjohnson: I’d love to give H Monster a facial. He can put that pic on his cereal box.

Where as the caption for the entry one below in the list reads:

Freaks Of Cock! Proudly Presents : Freaked teen Katrina Isis. We had a great time with Katrina and she had great time taking OG's huge cock and swallowing almost all of OG's monster load.

Other favourite searches ending in this site include:

"easy tracey"

"sexual brainwashing" teenagers

a perfect wank

And my absolute favourite voyager, questing for knowledge, that stumbled upon the words of this humble scribe. The person that typed in, 'Can a horse be gay'. I just hope you found what you were looking for. I've been on that journey friend, (how do you think I wrote the post).

P.S. if you do use Google analytics you might discover BCUK's stat counter is way out and it's not Google it's BCUK. I checked.

I've never used that. How do you?

First sign up to a Google Analytics account. When you've filled in all your boxes you will be given some code. You have to copy and paste the code into one of the modules that live in the side bar. To do this you need to got to settings (that's the little spanner icon next to the stats icon) design (This is one of the tabs on offer on this screen) edit (this is the paint brush next to the relevant blog) Clicking this will open a new window. This is where you can really mess with how the blog looks. Go to modules. This is one of the tabs on the left hand side of your newly opened window. You need to open a new HTML module copy the code into this box save it and set it so that it appears in the side bar, though it doesn't actually show up, it hides. After a while it will start reporting to G.A. and it will give you all sorts of knowledge about your visitors, though not in a creepy way.

Be warned, you will discover you get less hits than you thought, at least I did, which is a little disheartening.

Hm. Ysee, i don't get that when I go to editing design - I just get the basic options for changing my layout, content and style.

Perhaps it's a Pro thing.

I think so. I'm a privilage member because I signed up when this site had about 5 members. Don't worry, you're sure to win pro in the Bloscars!

LOL - has everyone else dropped out then? :)

Why did that make me laugh out loud as if it was really, really funny?

Your site seems to be primarily about horses. Have you ever come across a Gay horse?

I found google analytics not very accurate in comparison to feed burner. Is that what you were getting at in the last setence?

No that's a special blog.co.uk sentence. We have a stat counter behind the scenes and a top 20 list; the top spot of which is a coverted prize. Do you have anything like that on blogspot? I now wish I'd gone with one of the bigger sites when I started all this, but this site has it's charms even if they are a little incestuous. I try my best not to pay too much attention to the stats, but it's impossible not too. I crave affirmation – I am a good boy aren’t I Daddy?

God that’s weird, went a bit far there.
